We're Adopting!

Adoption has been on our minds for a long time, so it is really exciting to finally be writing this blog post.

We're adopting a son!

There has been much prayer, discussion, and research to get to this point and to read a brief summary of our adoption journey so far, please click on the "why adopt?" tab.  We love adoption and couldn't be more excited about adding a son to our family.

We will be doing a few different fundraisers to help with the cost and our first one will be soon.  Come back and check this blog for more details in the coming days and weeks.  In the meantime, we would love your prayers. It's entirely possible that our boy has already been born.  We can't know what his situation is now, but our hearts break for him and that thought pushes us on to get him home as soon as we can.  We are thankful that our God is big, that He hears our prayers, and that He can be with our son even though we can't be yet.

So, here we go!  So excited about this journey!
